I pretty much have no complaints about this place. I love my classes (Oceanography, Psych, The Modern Mind, and French) and the campus is beautiful. I'm not having trouble adjusting but I do miss Jamie a lot. We still talk all the time though. I guess I could complain about my roommate a little but he also provides necessary entertainment so I dunno. He's just SO STRANGE and I want to staple his mouth shut. Seriously. Fucking weird. I don't even want to get into it.
I find I'm doing the same thing I did in high school--making friends with clashing groups of people so that I can never be a whole person or feel part of a singular community. It is... my destiny.
Oh, and I haven't smoked a single bit of weed since I've been here. Had a little bit of edible stuff, maybe, but no smoking. Healthylungz09! Anyway, hope you guys are doing well. Tiko, hook me up with your boy Andrew so we can get married, adopt a kid, and name him Andrew too.

ReplyDeleteuhh... it's not so much WHAT my roommate says, just that he never stops saying it. talks fucking nonstop, blasts lil wayne and raps to it nonstop, and like stays in on friday nights to play computer games. he's the most socially awkward person ever and he thinks he knows everything. OH and he sets three different alarms in the morning, all around 7:20am even if he doesn't have class til 10:30. he likes to get up early and be annoying i guess.
he is a vegan. he runs 3 miles a day. he used to larp. he always wears sunglasses. always.

i thought you guys requested each other...? weirdo roommates are entertaining but i prefer having weirdo hallmates and a nice roommate. i dont know remember how much i siced my roommate in my last post but seriously she is like a hotter more russian version of me and we are bestiessss.

hahaha it's cool i'm set with jamie. and yeah, we did request each other, but he was funnier and more social on facebook. in real life he is fucking odd. but sooooo funny and always something to talk about when i'm meeting new people. seriously, so much fuel for conversation.
